For the last 15 years, Will has worked to help brands identify and embrace opportunities for growth and innovation in their business. Usually, that's in the realm of marketing and customer experience, with a strong focus on digital-first thinking and methods: data-driven, consumer-centric, tech-enabled. It's work that spans brand strategy, product marketing, CX, and go-to-market strategy, and calls for equal parts imagination, experimentation, systems thinking, and grit.
He currently leads global marketing for Meta’s market research and insights, Facebook IQ, a global collective of business strategists, trendspotters, futurists, planners, ethnographers, journalists, and data analysts. Prior to joining Meta in 2021, he led marketing at the innovative healthcare startup, Oscar Health, and at Edelman he led their strategy and transformation consulting group. He’s also led product marketing and editorial strategy at two startups, including Oyster.com (now part of TripAdvisor), and developed numerous digital-first grassroots platforms with Blue State (WPP), the agency best known for its work on Obama’s presidential campaign.
